How to fix credit history
If a citizen finds incorrect
information in his credit history, he can file a credit bureau statement of
changes in its credit history. The credit bureau within 30 days of receipt of
the application required to verify the information on which the claim is by
requesting it in the organization that filed for the information of credit
history.
Based on the verification of
credit bureaus or updates the credit history, or leave it unchanged. But, in any
case, the credit bureau must be informed in writing of the outcome of the
citizen of his statement. Moreover, if given the refusal of an application, it
must be motivated.
Retesting stories Bureau does
not conduct, and if the citizen still does not agree with his credit history, he
should go to court.
